purchase order worth $536,910 from Mad Dog Multimedia on behalf of Circuit
City Stores, Inc. (NYSE:

purchase order for $536,910 for six different PDA products including 3,000
Virtual Keyboards, 9,000 travel kits, 3,000 CF Pocket Radios and 3,000 SD
